About Us
The Hertfordshire Equality Council provides support and scrutiny to public sector organisations, the community and voluntary sector; bringing them together to share ideas and take action.
We act as a hub for knowledge on equality and diversity and everything we do will be underpinned by integrity, collaboration and partnership.
We work with our partners to make Hertfordshire a place where everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect and where good community relations are encouraged and celebrated.
The aims of Hertfordshire Equality Council have been developed by a range of community organisations in Hertfordshire and may change as the council develops and works out its key priorities.
